Really he wants to pester and annoy foes into jumping as he has some top tier anti airs. This makes for a great situation, but it can be hard to come by as Robocop does not excel when close to foes. He benefits from a guaranteed throw set up after landing his Serve the Public Trust string that opponents cannot escape except via teching. He has tools like his Low Auto-9 pistol shot, his Chevel Trap that launches a spiked strip onto the battlefield, and a command grab in his Terminal Strip for when close quarters brawling is necessary. Robocop is most definitely a zoning character in MK11. The only portion of skin visible is his mouth, which can be seen through a small opening in his helmet. He does have some black accents in his outfit as part of his arms and abdomen give us a break from the silver. True to his original appearance, Alex "Robocop" Murphy wears a full body suit that's almost all silver armor. He's never been in an MK game before and he may not ever be in one again, but we're definitely happy to see him make a Mortal Kombat 11 appearance. Robocop joined Mortal Kombat 11 as part of the Aftermath expansion that rolled out on May 26, 2020.Īlong with Terminator and John Rambo, Robocop is part of Mortal Kombat 11's 80's action hero guest theme.
